Dutch immigration authorities introduce My IND

My IND being introduced by the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND)

We live in a fast-paced environment and in an era where the availability of information on demand has become absolutely necessary. The Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) could not have chosen a better time to introduce their web portal My IND. This web portal allows individuals to to check your own or your sponsored family members’ personal details. You can also monitor the status of your pending immigration application(s) and provide additional information or documentation when needed, all online. In certain cases, it is even possible to submit applications to the IND yourself. Furthermore, extensive information is available, allowing you to read about your rights to work, reside and study in the Netherlands. Currently a trial phase is ongoing before this new service is being made available to all non-EU residents later this year.

How do I get access?

In order to be granted access to My IND, you must be in the possession of a Dutch residence permit, a BSN, and DigiD with sms code verification. This means that the service is only available to you if you are already residing in the Netherlands. For example, if you have an application pending to extend your residence or to change the purpose of your stay here.

Still residing abroad and not yet in the possession of a residence permit and BSN? You can be reassured. Whether or not you have access to to My IND will not change the service and assistance that we provide at Anywr Netherlands. For each and every immigration application, your Immigration Coordinator will keep close track of the progress by checking the status with the IND regularly.

Anywr Netherlands will guide you in your immigration process from start to finish. If you have any questions about your pending application(s), do not hesitate to contact your Immigration Coordinator, and we’d be pleased to further assist you.
