– pre-move out inspection, i.e. Settle Service consultant will inspect the house and will advice on to do’s before final move out the inspection; 
– move out inspection, i.e. Settle Service consultant will inspect the house and make a report that will be signed by tenant and landlord; 
– coordination of return of the deposit.
