30% Ruling Service

The 30% ruling offers compensation for the extra costs that people from abroad make when they choose to live and work in the Netherlands. It is an important motivation for people from abroad to come work in the Netherlands. Allowing your employee to make use of this ruling, makes your company more attractive to international employees. Settle Service offers a fast track 30% ruling service.

30% Ruling Service

When our team takes up the application, we will ask your employee to upload the required documents in our secured system. Upon receipt of all documentation, we will determine whether your employee is indeed eligible for the 30% facility. If this is the case, you can instantly implement the ruling – hence the fast track service – in the personnel administration. Your employee will receive the official confirmation of your eligibility from the Belastingdienst (the Dutch Tax Authorities) a few weeks later.

“Settle service was honest with providing information about my situation for 30% ruling and constantly providing feedback regarding my supporting documents and how to improve them.“
