To retain the talent, you have invested in, it is vital to support the employee and their accompanying family to build their new life in the Netherlands successfully.
For many spouses this means that they also want to work in the Netherlands.
Through a specialized partner, we offer programmes for spouse career assistance. A face to face programme for the people who are already in the Netherlands and an online (video) programme for people who are still abroad. In three sessions, we discuss the Dutch labour market, find the perfect job and interview skills are trained, taking into account cultural differences.
