Departure Services

Our departure services make sure your employee can begin the next chapter of their life stressfree! Moving to a new country is a stressfull and intens process. A lot needs to be arranged in the country of destination. But, do not forget that they are also leaving a home behind. This process comes with all kinds of formalities. We are here to help and make sure that no step will be overlooked.

Our Departure Services

  • Coordinate lease cancellation (according to agreements in rental contract);
  • Coordination of pre move-out inspection, in which the tenant (your employee) and the landlord will make agreements about the delivery of the house and the deposit;
  • Coordinate and accompany move out-inspection*;
  • Arrangements for professional cleaning (if required);
  • Assistance with de-registration at Town Hall and Dutch immigration services;
  • Assistance with de-registration at telecom providers, insurances, subcriptions, banks, schools, TPG mail, etc.;
  • Assistance with de-registration at GP and dentist, possible sport/leisure clubs, etc.

This is merely a selection of our departure services. We can assist in everything you might need.

*During the accompanied move out inspection, A consultant-on-the-road will describe the status of the property, check the present appliances and compare the status with the move-in report/photos. We ensure that clear appointments are made between you and the landlord about the return of the deposit (amount and period of time).
