Tax Return Services

We offer Tax return services to unburden your employee of the complexity of the Dutch tax system. As in most countries, tax laws are complicated and therefore it is advisable to check with a tax consultant in order to minimize tax payments. Also, international situations may further complicate the tax treatment, but on the other hand offer possibilities for tax planning.

We offer a basic and an extensive tax service. With both services we inform on the procedure and required documents. We receive and check information from the tax advisor, and will instruct said advisor (after receipt of client’s approval) to send the final personal income tax return form to the tax office. Our clients receive a soft copy of the final personal income tax return form for their administration.

In addition to the basic service, we provide consultation by phone for a maximum of one hour, and will review the tax assessment (preliminary/provisional) after receipt of final assessment from the tax office. And should it be needed, Settle Service will arrange a letter of objection against the Dutch income tax assessment.

“Settle Service commands a mature quality management system fulfilling or exceeding all EURA GQS requirements. The developments of the last two years and their reflection in surveys, KPIs and their assessment in the management reviews show a continuous fudher development of this quality and customer/client driven organisation. This is notably reflected in the very committed and passionate contributions of the interviewees.“
