Home finding in Amsterdam; a positive experience

Home finding in Amsterdam

Astrit moved to Amsterdam for his employer. He had already spent some weeks in a hotel when we were asked to assist him with his home finding in Amsterdam. Astrit had a reasonable rental budget, the employer would sign the lease and pay the rent.

At first we had a short but useful call. We discussed what was possible within his housing allowance and the extra cost of living he could expect. In addition we discussed preferred areas.

Thanks to our home finding in Amsterdam assistance Astrit viewed three properties that we proposed in the desired areas. One of them was very much to his liking. However, the landlord decided to rent it to somebody else. The next bid was successful, we found Astrit a very nice apartment in Amsterdam.

This is a perfect example of when two parties manage to reach the “best deal” by listening to each other.
