Now that Brexit is a fact, many things that seemed obvious, will become different. For example, immigrating to countries in mainland Europe, for instance the Netherlands. The most obvious impact will probably be that UK citizens will need to apply for immigration permits again.
Legislation
It will take some time before the actual new legislation will be in place, but since the UK will no longer be part of the EU, we expect that some kind of immigration formalities will be re-introduced. This will most probably be the case for newcomers, and perhaps even for UK citizens who have lived in the Netherlands for some time already.
