After a thorough analysis of the situation, your relocation coordinator will draw up a programme. This will always be in accordance with your company's guidelines and that will consist of one or more of the following services:

- Destination services inbound
- Departure services
- Destination services outbound

  • pre assignment orientation programme;
  • coordination of the move;
  • welcome meeting with one of our consultants;
  • presentation of the Settle Kit (an extensive information package about life in the Netherlands and specifically the region you will be living in);
  • home finding (temporary or permanent, rent or purchase);
  • settling in services;
  • schooling programme
  • neighbourhood orientation/familiarisation tour;
  • exchanging of the driver's license;
  • car import;
  • repatriate assistance.

When your employee leaves the Netherlands, he tends to be busy with all kinds of matters, except for the more administrative. This can cause problems. In departure programmes, Settle Service can assist with the following services:


  • cancellation of lease;

  • reimbursement of deposit;

  • disconnection of utilities;

  • cancellation of subscriptions at papers, sport clubs, etc;

  • deregistration of the children at school;

  • personal deregistration at local authorities;

  • forwarding of mail.


Settle Service will make sure that the assignee leaves the Netherlands without leaving behind the necessary administrative steps. With this certainty in mind, the assignee can focus on the new destination.
