The company will be continued under the name Settle Service B.V. in Haarlem. Settle Service is the largest immigration and relocation service provider in the Netherlands. Irene Bunt, also the current managing director of Settle Service, will manage the company. Rosemarie Johnson-Koelewijn, until June 1st the managing director of RMS Relocation, will start a new company called ICG Group located in Hilversum. This company will provide expat services in the field of housing (purchase/sale), tax and immigration.

Settle Service was founded in 1990 and will have 60 employees after the merger. A professional team of highly involved people assists the expatriate employees of international companies. The aim of the services is to optimally arrange all matters related to the international move and to give the expatriates and their families a feeling that they are welcome in the Netherlands. Because of the services, the expatriate employees will be operationally active as soon as possible, without unnecessary worries about the juridical, practical and/or emotional aspects of the international move.
