EuRA Global Quality Seal and Settle Service

Service excellence is our number 1 priority. Yeah… you have probably heard that before.

At Settle Service we actively work on the quality of our services. That is why we appreciate the input of our clients so much. The more we know about your impressions and experiences, the better we can deliver our services.

We believe that the most important factor in your opinion about us are you and ourselves. The contact with your immigration specialist, relocation coordinator or consultant-on-the-road determines your happiness with our services. That is why we always strive for personal contact with you (by phone or personal mails, and if possible during accompanied appointments). Only if we know you a little bit, we will be able to service you optimally.

Another important factor in our quality are our processes and procedures. We have them all in place. First of all for ourselves, because they help us assist you. But we also do this because we want to maintain our EuRA Global Quality Seal certification.

Eura Global Quality Seal

In order to keep ourselves ‘awake’ and open to improvements, we are being audited for the EuRA Global Quality Seal on a two-yearly basis. Settle Service was the first immigration and relocation service provider in the Netherlands to get certified in 2008. We have had three re-certification processes since then and the next audit will be in April 2016. The requirements to get certified are rather high and documented in yearly adjusted guidelines. We continuously work on this by adjusting/updating our processes. Whenever there is a change (fi with regards to the immigration law in the Netherlands), we will take that into account in our procedures.
